I have learned that it is really hard to come together and spend an hour or two as a group. All of the group members have projects in most of their classes. This means that there are other groups that they have to meet with.
One of the biggest challenges has been communication with the client. I realize that this is a real world problem that myself as well as my other team members will deal with the rest of our lives. It can be frustrating, and you might end up putting together a project at the last minute, but you have to stick with it.
